Workotrack

Workotrack is a real-time GPS tracking solution designed for sports events such as races, cycling, and running competitions. It allows organizers to effortlessly display participants' live locations on a shared map using just a link, eliminating the need for participants to download an app or create an account. Participants share their positions via a phone app, and their locations are automatically aligned with the course, providing viewers with vital information like distance covered, remaining distance, speed, and estimated arrival times that factor in upcoming climbs. This integration enhances spectator engagement and family involvement, making the event more interactive and transparent. Created for race organizers, clubs, and event planners, Workotrack is easy to set up—creating an event from a GPX file takes only about ten minutes—and runs seamlessly alongside existing timing systems, without replacing them. Currently in pilot, it is free to use, offering an accessible way to add live tracking to any sporting event.
