Toby

Toby is an innovative AI-powered platform designed to help job seekers prepare for interviews by simulating realistic interview scenarios with an AI hiring manager. Users paste their target job description, and Toby conducts a comprehensive research process on the company, maps out interview rounds, and then conducts simulated interviews via video calls on platforms like Meet, Teams, or Zoom. After each session, users receive a scored debrief highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, along with improved answer suggestions based solely on their responses. The tool offers two modes: 'Real mode' for straightforward practice and 'Coach mode,' which provides feedback and an option to retry. With no subscription required and a pay-per-minute pricing model (50p per minute, first 5 minutes free), Toby makes interview prep accessible and flexible for a wide range of candidates seeking to enhance their interview skills efficiently.
