Promptly

Promptly is an innovative notes app designed for seamless organization and AI integration. Built around a single input field, users can jot down notes that automatically file themselves, allowing for effortless continuation or sharing with external tools like @notebook and #topic tags. Its intuitive interface connects notes across various notebooks through topics, and a timeline view provides a daily overview of entries, making it easy to track your writing habits. The app leverages Apple's on-device Foundation Models to enable AI-powered answers directly from your notes via the Ask feature, enhancing productivity and knowledge retrieval. Additionally, Promptly supports Siri and Shortcuts, offering automation and voice control without requiring an account, and features a free tier with a one-time Pro upgrade for advanced features. Its simplicity, combined with powerful AI capabilities, makes it ideal for writers, students, researchers, and professionals seeking an intelligent, privacy-focused note-taking experience.
